all started with Thérèse and Alain Réaut, two lovers of nature and
authentic wines. At a time when biodynamics was only a marginal idea,
they made the bold choice to convert their estate to biodynamics.
Guided
by a clear and avant-garde vision, they put the earth back at the
center of everything, listening to its needs, its cycles, and responding
with care and precision. This respect for the terroir, this love for
the living earth, has given birth to champagnes where each bubble tells a
story, that of a subtle balance between tradition and innovation.
